Returns & Exchanges for online purchases require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be receive within 10 days of RA issue. Please specify if you would like an exchange or return when you request an RA number.

During normal business hours email requests are processed promptly. If for any reason you do not receive a timely response please give us a call.
Once an RA number is received please securely pack item(s) and send using an insured carrier.

Once a return has been received (within specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale merchandise sent to Blu's will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you. A refund will not be issued. Items marked down 50% or more are considered clearance sale items. These items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
